Breaking records for IT charity

Friday 2nd October saw the 11th anniversary of the IT industry’s annual sleep out, Byte Night. Wilson Miller, who were appointed lead marketing agency back in 2008, were responsible for driving recruitment of sleepers across 5 venues nationwide.

Equipped with woolly hats and sleeping bags, the Wilson Miller team braved the elements with over 400+ sleepers at the London venue to raise money for Action for Children as possible.  In total, over 700 fundraisers slept out in various locations nationwide, a considerable increase on last year’s figure.    

In an increasing difficult economy - aggressive fundraising targets were set. Currently over £440k has been banked by Action for Children which is well on course to break the ultimate goal of £500k.
